Thompson's Prostate Support contains a blend of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to:

Directions for Use
Adults - Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed. Use for a minimum of four weeks to see beneficial effects.
Ingredients
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: Conifer phytosterol complex 185.71 mg, equiv. Sitosterol 130 mg, Colecalciferol 25 mcg, equiv. Vitamin D3 1000 IU, Zinc gluconate 114.85 mg, equiv. Zinc 15 mg, Selenomethionine 372.6 mcg, equiv. Selenium 150 mcg, Lycopene 15 mg, Urtica dioica (Nettle) ext. 18.75 mg, derived from dry root 300 mg. Contains encapsulating aids and colouring substances.
Allergen Information
NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds. No artificial flavours.
Storage
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bottle and/or cap seal is missing or broken.
Warnings
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. Contains soya bean products, sulfites & pollen.
