Directions
Rapid dose: Adults: Take 4 capsules two to three times daily.
Mild dose: Adults: Take 4 to 5 capsules daily.
Dosage requirements may vary among individuals. For optimal effect take between meals or on an empty stomach.
Cautions / Contraindications
Not suitable for those with kidney disease or gastroenteritis
Not suitable for children under 6 years of age except under the advice of a health professionals
Do not take if you have signs of appendicitis or inflamed bowel
