Magnesium (from oxide)	135mg
Phytomenadione (Vitamin K1)	100mcg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU)	2.5mcg
Herbal extract equivalent to dry:
Equisetum arvense Dry Stem (Horsetail)	50mg

No added gluten, egg, dairy, yeast, wheat, or artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

 

Directions

Adults: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with food.

Contraindicated with hypercalcaemia, hypercalciuria or severe renal disease
