Directions
Recommended Adult Dosage: Take with food To support general wellbeing: Take 1-2 capsules daily. To support heart and brain health: Take 3-6 capsules (1-2 capsules 3 times daily). To support joint and skin health: Take 6 capsules (2 capsules 3 times daily). Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
